clean room, functional location, accessible parking
Check-in took an eternity, no one at the desk to assist guests, lobby amenities underwhelming and poorly maintained!!! Staff responsiveness lagged, leaving guests stranded needing help!!! Overall, could use a major upgrade!!!

Wow, I thought I’d get some red-carpet treatment, instead I got checked in only to find the decor stuck in the 1990s. Who knew a hard-as-rock english muffin could ruin breakfast? Oh, and where's my room upgrade? Definitley not returning, unless they want to impress me next time. almost thought of a good review, but just couldn’t.

The King Room felt cozy with a good bed and fresh paint on the walls. I loved that the room was clean, with functional amenities like a flat-screen TV. Check-in caused some issues since no one was at the desk, and I had to call for assistance. That was frustrating. The water cooler in the lobby was empty during breakfast, and it seemed there was a bit of chaos due to a lack of staff presence. I watched several guests looking for help, which was uncomfortable. I had to leave my card key behind one day and discovered that it didn't work when I returned without my phone. Thankfully, I managed to get help after finding someone to call the night shift employee at 5:30 AM. The breakfast options weren't appealing to me, and I skipped it, but the convenience of nearby eateries helped me out. I appreciate that there is a drive to improve this motel, but it definitely has room for enhancements in staff availability and breakfast offerings.

A Family-Friendly Stay with Room for Improvement
While the room was comfortable and spacious for our family, we encountered issues with check-in and no one at the front desk. The breakfast setup lacked staff presence, which affected our morning coffee experience. A helpful tip, try to call ahead for assistance.

I really enjoyed the cozy King Room and loved being able to unwind at the heated pool. Plus, the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a long day. The only downside was that the breakfast options weren't great, but honestly, I barely notice since there are plenty of good eateries nearby! 😊
